Also the food pyramid is a scam.
Basically, it was invented around the 20's to promote our agriculture, as it wasn't doing so well.
If you carefully read facts on the food pyramid, it clearly says that the best diet is the Ketogenetic diet, but the recommended carbs is 110g per day. The Keto diet consists of at the VERY most 10g per day, though 0 is preferred.

Would you recommend changing to this Ketogenic diet? As far as I read on the Wikipedia, it seems healthier than the diet we use today.

Definitely. I lost about 60ish pounds from it, and my cousin lost about 180 pounds from it. I recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight.
You can read more about it on the subreddit (which is odd coming from me, since I never go on reddit ever).
Please note that's it's also a weight lifting diet. You don't really have to go get a gym membership, but you do have to start exercising if you aren't already. Push ups are your best alternative if you don't wanna buy any weights (because being able to lift the weight of your body is more than enough).

I actually am a scrawny fuck that can eat junk food but healthy food most of the time and not get fat cause of my high metabolism. Plus I have an un-identified parasite in me lower intestine that is living in me and slowly dying off, which they caused me to stay at a stable weight of 119 lbs. which is actually a perfect weight limit for my age and height. I used a BMI calculator and I am at a semi-perfect weight. My mom is diabetic so we eat really healthy meals every day. I just eat some junk food here and there, I should probably cut down on my soda addiction (coca-cola) cause if anything that's what's gonna kill me xD

Every conspiracy theory is about gaining power.
Gaining power over us, the normal working people, which most of the time will turn out bad for us.
So what do we do?
We revolt.
We'll make plans, and those plans will be conspiracy theories in the eyes of the ones who are controlling us.
