None of those except for the Prismatic Composer armor (Is on the list, I guess you just didn't see it) will be on the wheel of doom. The list says that those are the returning quibble items, not some of them.

i really want the iced jester set, and i didnt even realize icey naval commander set wasnt rare tagged, i hope they add it

those are the rewards right now. Remember that alina posted on todays design notes they they will be swapping the swanky treasure to make sure not too many people get it...

I'd rather buy the new Naval Commander, that's coming out than waste coins on "The Wheel of Doom".

I'll be getting another membership soon, but I think I'll hold it off until cool legend stuff comes out, especially better items in the wheel of doom (not saying that the Naval Commander isn't kewl or anything).
