how does it work?

When you write an number and a name/tag, it change's the name of the bot that's on the index that you wrote.
It probably doesn't work anymore, because Redacted & PlusOps2 are on newer game versions.

I don't want to risk getting banned, so I won't make one, but yoxu can do it manually using Calculator and Cheat Engine(don't forget that it's bannable):

-join a game with 1 bot
-search for bot's name and write down the address you found
-search for your name and write down this address, too
-open Calculator, press ALT + 3, check the Hexadecimal checkbox and calculate: bot's name address - your name address

bot's name address - your name address = address difference
botX name address = your name address + X * address difference

-when you find it, you can use "Add address manually" to add name addresses of other bots by the formula I wrote above
