Yeah, thatll work, for the case just stick to a decent brand like Corsair/Fractal Design/Bitfenix/etc I suggest getting one with cable management grommets and other shit.

If you want to OC a little bit (up to 4.2Ghz), get something like a hyper 212, if you want to overclock a lot (up to 4.6Ghz depending on the batch), then get a H100i or Noctua D14 (depending if you want to go watercooling or stick with traditional cooling).

For the PSU go for a reliable brand like Silverstone, Corsair, EVGA, XFX, Seasonic etc. Get 650W+ and get fully modular with a decent 80+ rating.
    THE ABSOLUTE GREATEST

    OK, thanks a lot guys!
I was/am thinking about OC-ing it to 4 GHz, good enough for me. .

    @ @Doc
    One more question..
Are these cooloers/cooling systems quiet ?
I ask because multiple reviewers said Sapphire's 7950 is quiet..

Which coolers are you talking about? I'm not sure about the GPU cooler, but if you go for the D14 for the CPU it will be very quite, but your system will always be as loud as your loudest component. Most aftermarket coolers or quieter than stock fans though.

    H80i, Hyper 212, D14 etc.
    Isn't D14 overkill for this what I need/want?

Watercoolers are pretty much silent lol.
But you have fans for the radiator that's connected to, which could be loud, but mine is silent.
