You can change many different stats with them, unlock weapons, change level,prestige, XP, etc.
This is outdated(new version is V37)..

You can't find them.
They aren't released.
Just attach table to MP process & change values.

but if i change the lavel in the adress it isn't changed in the game...

Address is wrong(it's for old version).
You can't change your level(you'd get Server Disconnected error)..
