If the enemy has a really good right-click carry (usually you'll see entire teams of them in pubs, lol) just pick Oracle. All you gotta do. Oracle is god tier.

Right clicking heroes quite easy to counter, when I forst started Dota I had no idea what to do. The answer is blade mail. Oracle is quite good for right climkling heroes as well you're right.

Sven is op if used right.

Yup but if you play right against him he's not that strong. Blade mail again or ghost scepter to prevent him from right clicking with MoM and God's strength.

Heaven's Halberd is always an option too, especially if you have a decent tanky hero to defer it to. :P

How about Ember. No % involved in his basic skills meaning no RNGsus style. Every 6 seconds he can dodge projectiles, attacks or AoE (e.g. Ravage, Sniper ult, Mirana Arrow etc.), his Flameguard negates most magic abilities or at least lessens the effect by I think ~550, combined with 25% base magic resistance that's a giant mage-shield that also burns like Radiance. His ult is more dodgy dodgy, can be used to go from A to B real fast and can also be used to initiate.
