i dont have much time, so to do that and homework i have like one hour for the pc

It's seriously not that hard, I can agree that I dislike school, but that's just because they don't quite get me the help that I needed and henceforth I failed school.
Not that it has affected my everyday life, I don't think I need any grades to be unemployed anyhow.

But seriously, just read.
Even if it's not a book, play some games with a lot of text, surf the internet or watch TV in a different language with subtitles for yours.
There are literally hundreds of ways of learning and expanding your vocabulary - if not, thousands.
