I have a pretty straightforward question for you: Why would I buy a key from a small Skype dealer (which will last about 48 hours if I'm lucky) for 2$ if I can buy a legit one that will last forever from an official store for 25$ ?

2$ / 2 days = 1$ / day = 25$ / 25 days

These are keys to buy if you are bypassing battleye as they are stolen (even though the sellers will not admit that) that is where they originate from.

Indeed. But I have also had customers who wanted to try the game out before buying a legit key.
And about the length a key lasts, I don't control that, sometimes it is a day, sometimes a month.
