How do you better your fps in game?

Title says it all. Right now im on lowest graphic setting and im getting 30fps. Its almost unbearable. So i was wondering if there were any programs that could increase my fps? And does your ping affect fps?

To raise your FPS/Be able to play on better graphics, you need a better computer
To lower your ping, you have to play on servers which are close to you, or get a better internet connection.

Buy a better PC? IMO, no programs boost FPS. They just suck your internet or just delay your computer.

The most obvious answer is to get a better PC.
Or you could try optimizing your PC which doesn't always do alot.

Use CCleaner to clean your hard drive and tuneup 2013 to get a better performance...works for me.

Close all unrelated programs and use razor gamebooster. Or just buy a new PC like a did

What he says,and get the professional edition (ccleaner) from TPB,and clean your registry after you unistall any game.

When you go in-game,start task manager,right click on the game then go to processes,right click on game name again->set priority->high +Game Booster(IOBit) +Advanced care (IOBit) +(If u are using Win7) Right click on my computer,proprietes,Advanced system settings,At performance tab press Settings,Then press the third one-Adjust for best performance,Apply,Ok +(if u are using nvidia) right click on desktop,nvidia control panel,Manage 3d settings and in that list search for video quality(i think) and set to performane/best performance),Apply+OK

If those doesn't help you then you must buy a new pc or if you have a good processor+4GB ram or more buy just a new graphic card(From nvidia from GTX 460 or higher and from amd i think from HD 7000 Series anyone will be just fine for some serious fps boost).Hope it was usefull.
