Assuming OP is just some random kid. Why would you want to become a, "Hacker" when you can do something that benefits yourself and others? If you really want to learn some form of computer skills, get into networking and security, make a career out of it.

Here are the 5 steps to hacking
1. Delete your System32 Folder
2. Stop trying to be what your not
3. Get a life?
4. If you failed step 3, Kill yourself
5. If all else fails, Try from step 1.

To begin hacking you must do a few things
1: Delete your system32 folder (this is Microsoft way of preventing you from hacking)
2: Rub a magnet over your hard drive ( This causes your files to be in read and write format)
3: Google search any hack and download it, I'd recommend something easy like Wep cracking
4: Profit

Also if you can't seem to get your computer to boot (this is usually normal *windows firewall*) rubbing some basic basketane compounds on your motherboard should work, I use syrup with baking soda
