Getting no notifications but pm's

I'm getting no notifications if someone is replying to me in some post or if someone is posting in a thread I opened.
What is the problem?

A few plug-ins are bugged out as of now, namely Thanks, Mentions, and to a lesser extent, Quotes.

Though they've mostly been working, I've also been missing a few post quotes.
