I think he's looking for items which come with a reputation boost when you use them, like this one: Archfiend Wings of Nulgath +5 - .

But to be honest it's not worth looking around for them, and he's better off just botting in that time :P
If he wants to find others, I guess he has to look for other weapons with +5 on them xD Sadly a lot of these items are rare though and aren't available anymore/ are seasonal.

yeah what Oli said and really i know of grimblade + 5 and +10 give rep but u need grimbright which is retarded because grimbright Alfreda gives rep bonus
