If you want to build a decent phisuqe. Invest in a pull up bar. The only three/5 excersises you need is. Pushup for back and biceps. Pushups for tricep and chest. Squats for hams and quads and lower back. Heel raises (unless u run for cardio). Any type of ab crunch (and there's a shitload of them). Thats all you need to help tone up.

Ok, since you dont want to watch the video I will give you the car analogy.Car 1 has a 350 Horse Power Engine. Car 2 has a 125 Horse Power Engine. Give both cars 1 gallon of gas and guess which one will burn the gas out first. It will be the one with more horspower......Same thing with humans except you replace horse power with muscles and gas with fat. Fat is our fuel/gas.Or you could just watch the video.
I just do 5 minutes of jumping jacks, its hell but its cardio and it makes your leg muscles more awesome.

Belly Fat means most of the time a high body fat percentage, even if you are skinny. If the fat is only at your belly, it means that your body is just bad in allocating the fat equally over your body. In that case I'd recommend doing some cardio and to get a negative kcal balance every day. In addition you should switch to a healthy diet containing much vegetables, fruits, proteins but less carbs. Doing cardio will get you an extra fat burn and cause an exhaustion of endorphines in your brain. Those hormons will make you feel good and satisfied. If you want to take part in a belly flattening program I recommend
Eat healthy.Try running for a long time.Lose alot of Sweat.
I sort've have this problem, I'm bulk as fuck with abs n shit but most of it is under a thin layer of fat. Probably because of my Maccas addiction. I'll try and stop that.
Well I run XC and since you kept coming back to running earlier I guess I'll give you our workout schedule.
Start off one day at a specific time running a designated amount of miles (depending on your physique most start at 2 miles, I started off at 4) and build up. Try to run everyday at the same time so that your body has a full day to recover and then will pick up the schedule that you are trying to enforce. Slowly build up your mileage by possibly going 1 more lap (on a track) or running down an extra street or staying longer on the treadmill (running outside if better than the treadmill since it's different terrain). You should be able to run 6-8 miles continuously within 2-3 months. After your run, try to do a core workout of: 25 weighted butterfly situps (use a medicine ball, a weighted vest, or possibly a weight itself), then do 20 weight leg lifts, and then do 20 weighted mason sit ups. After that, get a timer and time yourself for 20 seconds and do as many hand release pushups as you can, then rest for 10, then do 20 seconds on a front plank, 10 seconds rest, 20 seconds on a right side plank, 10 seconds rest, 20 seconds on left side plank, 10 seconds rest, 20 seconds super man hold (look it up), 10 seconds rest and then 20 seconds on hollow hold (look it up), 10 seconds rest. Then repeat just the timed workout again (meaning you will have 2 sets done). This should help you lose some fat, buildup leg muscle, work on your core and strengthen your obliques. Hope this helps? Yeah, from 96 kg to 72 kg in 2 months, no muscle loss, and the gain of a six pack in two months, just because of 100% natural old school boxing training without all that weight crap which doesn't help you in anything except for look like a douchebag who gets knocked out on one of those facebook videos.
