ESP is difficult to do now.
There are checks now in place for

to make sure it is not set equal to a string. Most ESP scripts rely on this to get and display a list of player names.
There have been checks for a long time to make sure Is not set to true.
There is a check to make sure

displayctrl 9999 'BIS_dynamicText'
is not enabled.
Also these important variables for map markers and esp scripts are blacklisted:

'mark','marker','markPos','pos','BIS_fnc_3dCredits_n','xtags'
So a functioning ESP would require that the antihax be disabled, those checks disabled or worked around.
