Instead after one left to right animation make a jittery blur effect

Where in the format do you see this? In any of the ones I've made, where have you seen anything like what you're asking? Did you read other requests like this?

I can make smoke blow over it but with the text I can't make it inhale and exhale. I can make it explode from left to right or right to left. I can make it twist, add a wind effect. The image you're wanting will not move at all.

Not the text inhale / exhale just leave the text and make the smoke blow over it.
