    My personal workout..

So today I decided to get away from the couch and since I'm too lazy to go to the gym I started a home-workout...

    Day 1: Chest/Triceps
    Day 2: Back/Biceps
    Day 3: Shoulders

Each round should be repeated 3 times. With a 10 second break per set.
    Round 1:
    1. Regular Push-ups (Max Reps, I did 20 Reps)
    2. Side-Tri-Rise (this is better to be a Max Reps, I did 10 Reps, can charge up but I am coming back from a long rest..)

    Round 2:
    1. One-Hand Medicine Ball Push-Ups (Max Reps per hand, I did 10 Reps, 5 per hand)
    2. Chair Dips (15-20 Reps)

    Round 3:
    1. Staggered Push Up (Max Reps, I did 10, 5 per side)
    2. Two Arm Tricep Kickback (10 Reps)

    Round 4:
    1. Decline Push-Ups (Max Reps, I did 10)
    2. Overhead Tricep Extension (10 Reps)

This was the first day routine...Tomorrow I'll be thinking about the second routine, if you guys want you can try this workout at home (supposed to be for intermediates or beginners only). Will keep this topic updated with further details.
BTW Here's my front upper body at day 1, before and after the workout (notice the delts and triceps are a little more pumped and the chest a little bit also), I know there's no big difference but it's just the first day ffs:

I'd rather go for max reps than do 8 sets. But as I said I'm a little rusty at the moment, obv push-ups must be done till you fail. Doing 8 reps of 20 push-ups with breaks is kinda the same imo. So as I said the key is in the reps not in the sets.

i would recommend you take the photos weekly.
If you do it every day, it's like your expecting to see something happen overnight, also. if you have a bad day, and you can see that e.g you put on a lil bit of weight, you will try burn it too quickly and burn yourself out when working out which doesnt help.
Just check your progress weekly, its like losing weight, seeing a loss of a couple pounds in a week is much better to look at than seeing you losing maybe half a pound a day say.

Just my advice, take it or leave it x)

I don't see how you would ever see a good muscle gain from this
You could atleast do a little effort and make it harder

It's pretty good to start off. I'm including some pretty good and popular exercises in there dude, when I get stronger the routines will get harder and vice versa...

Also here's my back on the start line.... (will check for changes in a week):

EDIT: The image in the right bottom showing the biceps is kinda foggy so you have to look closer to notice that little difference.
