Someone know any good FPS or RPG multiplayer online browser games? Without Java or other plugins.

Look up Rush team or Begone:Guerra, they are browser based FPS copies of Counter strike
for more of an MMOFPS look up Red Crucible 2, or my personal favorite Contract Wars

They use the Unity web player, a java based flash plugin. Play them on Kongregate for the fullest experience

Well, my best suggestions for you are text based rpg games like Iron Realms (they got like 5 games, all adventure rpgs). For text based RpGs, they are very good IMO. You got Ondarun2 (its racing, browser based) and you got ********* (Vampire vs Werewolfes RPG, cool at beginning but tires fast), Omerta (Mafia game, very good)

Sorry, for my mistake. I just wanted some game i can play with others in school. We don't have Java installed.

Any and all browser games run on flash. Thats why they are called "Flash games"
