Making guns last forever? maybe?

So i've really wanted to find a way to have my gun never expire, like ive heard happening to random people. So I was going to test a theory.

1)record the time
2)buy a crappy low GP item for 1 day.
3)wait in the lobby the next day at around the same time.
4)if your clock is decent (atomic? phone?), unplug your ethernet 10 seconds before your time would expire, and re-plug it after 20 seconds.

anyone think this theory will actually work?

I think the "time" is controlled by the server.

I do not think it will work because:
-The time remaining value is controlled the server (I believe)
-The item will still expire after you plug in you ethernet
-The item expires when you are not running the client

However it could work:
-The Nexon website shows weapons on a player page after they are expired (until you log into the client again

this isnt going to work cause time is serversided so evan if u d/c itll do nutin only way is this buy a gun for 1 day hopefully the next day when it expires the hackshield does a secrete update than the ohours gets stuck for like 12 days atleast thats what happned to me when i tried it but this is just luck
u have to be in lobby when its going to expire or it doesnt work ive only did this succesfully twice

Uhh if they can expire the gun when your offline why can't they do it if you d/c?

Ive tried this. Once you reconnect and go into another room and play once u get out it will be gone from your inventory.

Its server-sided but some ppl have a glitch where the counter freezes at 1 or 0 hours

maybe if you found out the gun addresses you could change your gun with mhs or something and then make a trainer for it like the had in crossfire
