Youtube Video got taken down by Activision Publishing, Inc

So today I went to check my mpgh post about my rapid fire and the video said a error has occured. So I went to check on youtube and I see this once I log in.

So how do I post vids without them taking it down?

Post them as unlisted or private, which means only the people with the link will be able to view them. That's how I did it, and I didn't receive a strike.
