RPG in bf4

Maybe this doesnt belong here, but if someone can answer my question it must be this site.

I shoot 3 shots from rpg on enemi tank and its only a little damage and smoke from the tank.
Iv been hit by 1 shot from rpg and the tank explodes in peaces, not once, but 2-3 times.
Is this a hacked rpg or what?

RPGs are overpowered anyway.
By me it is 3.5 shots.
Depends where you hit the tank.
Sometimes I get 25 points,sometime just 19 and when the tank is marked I get 30.
By you it might be more than 1 hitting you at the same time.
I too sometimes got hit once and had 45 hp left.

I see what you are saying, but i have my doubts.
Im pretty sure its 1 hit and im dead and the tank is in an enormes explosion.
That rpg is definitiv overpowered.
Mine rpg has like 25% of that power.

RPGs will do the most damage in the order: Top > Rear> Sides > Front. When you fire a shot from your RPG at a laser designated tank it will hit in the direction that suits the trajectory of the rocket. Most of the times the front or side since it's not like a Javelin which will hit the top most of the times. I find that standing behind a tank and free firing the rocket is most effective. However, if you really must use the laser designated targets (because you have no clear line of sight or the distance is too great for top notch accuracy) then it is best to be standing on a highrise building and firing directly downwards for maximum effectiveness. Normally, this will take about 2 to 3 rockets and it is best to have a squad mate who has the Ammo Box.

As it was after a certain BF3 patch, two hits, to the engine at the rear of the tank, will destroy it. In BF3, one shot to the rear would disable, and a quick follow-up shot would destroy. In BF4, disabling works differently, but the two shot concept applies.
