I wouldn't call him OP, but he sure is a pain to deal with. Usually when I see a Tryn, I play Nasus and build an Omen.

Playing against a Riven is easy, well from my perspective it is. If you can't poke her to the point where she'll just back out then you're best keeping a safe distance from her as she can easily leap to you and slice you to pieces.

She's commonly played top so its a real pain getting CS.
