But, other than that, Windows 7 > Vista (Visually (almost), and better performance)

Yes, you can, there's always risk of getting caught, but if you make your stats look legit, risk will be low, ofcourse.

and barely change the K/D to around a 1.5 or 1.75, will it be noticeable? My current K/D is 0.42 from the account I took and I can't stand having such a lame K/D. There's no way I'll ever be able to bring it up. The previous owner screwed it up so bad lol.
