nope. it's C++.

i posted the source code somewhere...its real simple, and took very little knowledge of the language. basically just

if (selection = 1){
system ("cls");    
cout << "BLAH BLAH BLAH Reinstall BLAH BLAH BLAH";
}
if (selection = 2){
system ("cls");    
cout << "BLAH BLAH BLAH Reinstall BLAH BLAH BLAH";
}
so on and so forth.
