Bleach for me was like this;
1st time watching got to 2nd episode, quit. Boring.
2nd time watching, got to episode 200 something, after aizen arc and when the stupid girl with green hair appears unconscious. Quit
Then saw the 4 movies all in the row. they were pretty good.
Nope.
It's only worth watching on toonami. Like they just got past badass fights where he was fighting some weird bat guy who killed him, then he came back to fucking life like goku. Then he fought god basically and with the help of the green candy mint guy he beat him.
Long filler arcs are annoying and since they are fillers I usually skip them. I watched like 5 episodes and skipped because it just didn't interest me. I looked up a filler list and holyshit.jpg there are a lot of fillers. I guess I'll watch a few episodes whenever I get around to it..
The first series of naruto, had no actual plot. It was just a go with the flow anime at first. I think It wasn't until around the very end that they actually came up with the idea for the actual plot. Which is the Akatsuki finding all the jurkin and taking the tailed beasts so they can achieve Madara's plan which Obito upholds through under the shadows of Pain who is saw as the leader by majority of the group.
Literally, naruto had no plot, but the shit they established early on in the series really gave it a great universe. So from the very begging they had the foundation for a great anime, once they realized what they had going on they went with it and came up with the real plot.
Naruto/bleach are in the same boat of not actually having a plot. I mean I guess One piece too then, but it isnt as bad.
In bleach at like episode 100 around there somewhere randomly you get the zanpakto arc last like ass load of episodes before I even get back to aizen arc lol.
