A game that sold less then CA..better?

Me and Corndog played a game called Jurassic Park: Tresspasser.

The game is the first game to be bombed. With only around 50,000 copies on the first year.

However, there is a few good reasons.


The team was rushed to finish it.

They rushed it before computers back then can handle it.

The game was finish in 1998, the game is the first game to use:

Ragdolls
Advance AI
Waypoints for animals to flanks and attack
Full 3D
A very good physic engine. Everything can be picked up, thrown, use a shield.
Open island, go anywhere you like.

The thing is, this game is ridden with bugs, cheesy lines and fuck up voice system makes this game funny and great.

This game if played beats Combat Arms, why am I posting this?

I feel Nexon America. Inc is beaten by an almost 20 years old product made by EA games, is just flat out 'what the fuck' While the game is very hard to get, it is not an abandonware, so. No free download.

The problem is, if I enjoy this really old and classic game, does Nexon is really loosing it?

Definitely needs an improvement.

With all of the money they pull in from the damn NX you would think they would use it to upgrade maps, make new ones, new weapons, etc.

The problem is, this game is almost 20 years old and already made pavement for modern games like CA. :3

With a small community, very hard to game.

This is clearly better then Combat Arms.

it really is a good game guys. its pretty fun just to run around into stuff cause like all objects can be interacted with. buckets can be dragged, 2x4's can be used to smack around at stuff...and its so old...

THen again, mafia 2 that come out in early 2010 (jan or feb) looks great.

The models for dinosaurs, weapons, etc arre flawless.

They also have bumpmapping, they shine in the sun.

you can almost outrun the games rendering.
you can see a line where things are nice, and where things on the other side are all blury, and it updates as you walk...you can almost outrun this and get into the blurry part (impossible) but still funny.

You didn't download an important upgrade, there a mod for the game that improves that.

It makes the rendering flawless and perfect.
