I don't understand. I truly don't. I'd love to be apart of the mob in this thread (and others), as much as I tend to dislike royce most of the time. The admins see something in him obviously, which is why he was made minion. I may not agree with the decision. But it's done, and again, it's the admins choice. Plus it's ROMTG. Anybody who's had it before knows how extremely fucked up one has to be to WANT to manage that section. His ego may inflate 10 fold, or it may not finally that he's got an actual position.

TL;DR - Respect the admins decision because they run shit. If you don't think Royce is able to handle his position then you gather proof (of him fucking up (if he does it all)) and send it to the admins. Simple as that.

Well, grammar is one thing. Understanding english is an other thing. I can easily talk to him in english and a few grammar mistakes arent dat bad, as long as he understands you and you understand him.

Deserving and working for something are two entirely different things. I didn't deserve VS the first time and definitely not after I was demoted for flaming too much. But, I got it the first time because I was active and the second because my replacement didn't do jack shit (and I decreased my flaming). MPGH is on a 'cave and be active.' type of a reward system. There have been weird and straight up mysterious staff choices and not many of them turn out to be disasters. Being staff is to volunteer your time to help manage. Most people view it as a position of power. Hell, when I first got M+ I'm sure almost everyone thought I'd straight out abuse 24/7 yet it hasn't happened -- because honestly there's no need for it. The admins judgement (and this is my opinion) of who is qualified and who is not isn't really based off of who deserves it but rather who's earned it. Sometimes just being active earns you something... if history is an indicator of anything.
