K I wanna see what I did wrong with my infraction cuz I prob did something wrong. but I cant see it because it tells me to register =/
Is this something that needs to get fixed or just because it is expired?

No, saying Rep Back in a Rep Comment doesn't circumvent that because I was banned for the exact same thing, well, I rep'd backed the person who asked for rep back so Rep4Rep Request or participating in a Rep4Rep. Also I have 29 Rep power.

To actually answer your question, the reason it says "Register to view..." is because the post that you got the warning on got deleted.
