Claw of Nulgath has a Default Damage range. Anyways, having an unstable weapon doesn't even matter too much. Even still, it's only good with certain classes. Nonetheless, if you don't want to farm juggernaut for an unstable I would recommend buying the Icy Bloodletters for 200 ACs.

Are Claws of Nulgath Unstable/ Super Unstable or Mid-Stable damage?
Question is in the title? If it was Unstable/Super Unstable, I would GLADLY not farm juggernaut and GLADLY not keep using the Vampire Blade of Nulgath to get it.
