No. There is no way of getting unbanned from VAC. If you get VAC banned, then yo fucked.

There is no way to get unbanned,you can try and contact steam support but they will just copy-paste VAC ban template.

Apparently, before 2009, VAC bans weren't permanent, and people are getting unbanned nowadays because they got five year bans five years ago.

If you got banned wrongly, VAC will automatically detect that and unban you.

If you got banned rightly, it's your own damn fault for not using a VAC spoofer.

There's dozens, maybe hundreds, of methods of spoofing VAC out there. Most of them worked at one point or another.
I've seen hacks that let you play games online even after you've been VAC banned, so I know it can be done.

Please stop spreading completely false information.

VAC is a completely automated system that can only permanently ban a SteamID. Only VAC Team has the power to unban but they will do it only under one condition: When a lot of innocent people get banned because of their mistake. There is no such thing as case by case review, once your account is flagged by VAC, you could consider it gone. You have zero chance of having a VAC banned removed from any steam account. Even if you account has been hacked and the hacker got it VAC banned, you still can't remove the ban. There have only been 6 instances of VAC bans ever being removed.
