Hidden Edge (Quest)

I'm done the requirements for the hidden edge quest, but for some reason, I can't complete it (It doesn't have any requirements like membership or class or reputation). Can anyone help to resolve this issue or try it themselves? (P.s. nothing to do with server lag or my internet)

You can still load and do old/rare quests, but AE removes the ability to actually turn them in. We can all waste AC and do the old Void of Nulgath quests, but that would just be a waste for nothing.
