If I donated money to say, the heart foundation. Do I then become a customer of the heart foundation and am I entitled to anything they have? No. I donated because I wanted to.

Same with all the other donators on this site, you donated because you wanted to. You aren't entitled to anything, but you receive benefits anyway so be thankful for it.

He in fact was banned for multiple scam attempts and a scam he did not too long ago.
He refunded the money he scammed, and now he is unbanned.
