I have a laptop with 4 Gb ram, 2Gb vga. I buy it 550$ euro= 736.45 U.S. dollars and i play Cf with 150 fps ++.

You shouldn't be worried for CF, its not CPU intensive compared to alot of other games. Any decent desktop will run it fine. Are you building it yourself or buying one?
