How to get unbanned?

Okay first sorry if this is already posted... but i really want to know how unban my account.

After a clan war, in the game lobby it suddenly froze. I decided to restart CA instead of waiting for it to unfreeze. After getting to the log in screen and typing in my pass it said "banned by administrator. The ban will be permanent." or something like that. The thing that pisses me off is that I WASN'T USING HACKS. I never glitched or scammed anyone.

Is there a way to get me unbanned?

oh i think i know what happened ok nexon does this sometimes he freezes the some servers to scan for hacks or something and if somebody leaves its instant ban one time that happened in a game of 16 player game and 13 of them were hacking they got banned and there is no way of getting that acc unbanned just make a new acc

How would you know they were checking the servers? I mean you could have thought that your comp froze

my friend told me caz thats what happened he wasnt hacking in that game and the other ppl who got banned said that they got banned after everything froze

Do not EVER do a ticket, they never do it, or fails to do it and when you try again, they just screams at you and bans you.

There is a way to change your ip if you got ip banned there is a thread on it somewhere

Yea XD.

Anyways I made a new account. I didn't want this one to get banned and stuff so I played legit in Jackson server.

KDR : 3.67

It just shows how Nexon bans legit(ish) players for no reason.
