Yes it is outdated. MW2 got an update and the lobby voice chat was removed.
This was part of the exploit liberation seemed to use

not quite sure what you mean by the liberation tool but if we're talking about prestige hacking with this then it still works fine.

It did not work for me, it said player type .txt something?? did'nt find?

I opened the "eamconfig" file and changed "is_first_launch=n" to "is_first_launch=y" and THEN opened the program. You will get a little dialogue that wants you to set the path for the playerstats, just press ok as it defaults to the desktop one. Then you run the game and press import stats and you're done

If you would have read it well, you'd have seen 'lobby voicechat' , go and try it, I bet you can't.
