How to change Yawspeed in Ghosts (For Trickshotters)

Hello MPGH Community and to all PC trickshotter out there,

as you may know there are ways to change your yawspeed in any IW game, but in this CoD there's no option to bind keys to turn left/right ingame. So here's the whole tutorial to make it possible.

1)At first you go to your windows explorer and open up your Gamefolder(usually located in programs(x86) -> Steam -> SteamApps -> Common -> Call of Duty: Ghosts

2)there should be a folder called "players2". Open it up and you should find several files. Locate the "config_mp.cfg" file and right click it to open it up with Editor or Notepad ++

3)Now you search for the name seta cl_yawspeed (look it up with ctrl+f). the default value shoud be 140. Change this to whatever you want in my case it's 1000). Save the file with Ctrl+S.


4) Open up the file "keys_mp.cfg" and add two new lines(one for turning right and one for turning left). The lines are as followed [bind button "+left" and bind button "+right" -> for example : bind MOUSE4 "+left" (see image). Save the file. https://gyazo.com/b7679b20017f108c48d924f35021e47d

5) After you have done this you can start your game and now you should be able o turn left/right with the buttons.

It is possible the reason why people wont give feedback is because it's the same way MW2 and MW3 was with cl_yaw and most people might just look for it in the config already

yeah, the config part time is the same bit ingame there is no option to apply the yawspeed to buttons therefore it's something new. (to modify the keys. cfg)

there are options to assignt "turn left and turn right" buttons ingame lol just scroll down
