I HIGHLY doubt you will make bf4 at 100 fps with that...
First impressions would be to buy a Radeon 6670 and a 400/500w PSU, which will fit into your budget nicely. Of course, there are also other factors that will be thrown into the mix such as, will your case allow it? Will your motherboard allow it? and whatnot.
