So I heard about this challenge where you eat a soup spoon of salt, and this would either make you puke, or do something else

I tried it, and I didn't know it wasn't supposed to go in completely, and it wasn't easy to 'slick' it through, so I kinda pushed it in
Salt went into my breathing channel, and I sat there first 30 seconds without air at all, then I managed to gasp a little bit of air over time, drank some water, went back to half normal in 2 minutes

almost got fucked up so bad there
I felt dizzyness coming
never gonna try an online challenge again

Think I had an average of 10km/h, nothing rushie

I don't think I would be able to hold out 100 km without taking it easy.. I've held out 3 hours before at a pretty hard speed and had 47 kms, it did truely demand all of my body and I don't think I'd have been capable of going much longer. So lets just say that I suddenly get super endurance, then I'd be able to do it in around 6-7 hours if I'd go hard
