They are really safe but i saw in the news that paypal with this new 21 days shitty thing they stole money, there was this women who got email by them that her money will be taken because she was under investigation bla bla bla, after they did the investigation in around 9 mouths they gave here the money but a big part was missing without any explanation..

They only way people can charge back is if it's done through a third party entity like eBay. But that would have to be a painstaking process of claims, disputes, and evidence-requiring emails. Trust me no one would want to go through that horrendous process. If the money is sent from person A to person B then person B can feel safe knowing person A will not be able to get that money back. So do not worry. It is safe my friend!

I got back mine 20$ ..
I got scammed by moneybanks and I sent a ticket on PayPal,making up something blabla and in few days they said my money will be refunded..
So ya it is possible to chargeback.

If the buyer pays through his credit card company and has the CC company claim chargeback, you will lose your money guaranteed. People who say its impossible to chargeback have no idea what they're talking about.
