Yes you can recover flagged account,just support ask you more info of the account like IP etc. you have 1-2% to recover flagged account they need a lot of basic info from the account.
I never tried recover flagged account but some friends tried to recover flagged accounts.

I believe it has happened to some people on here in the past. Personally I have never had any accounts recovered from me (that were flagged) but I am aware that it might be possible. But only with some SERIOUS evidence.

I believe you can recover an account, but you need to be the first owner and have EVERY LITTLE BIT of info.

It's nearly impossible. Unless the original owner calls Z8 / G4Box.

Z8 only accepts a call if it's related to funding issues. Other than that (issues regarding account ownership or changes to the account outside of currency) you'll be ignored.
