how long did it take u to get BLOD

just got my BLOD yesterday took me 3 weeks that's cause of bad internet and disconnects would have taken 2 with out them what about u guys and does anyone knows what armor and cape to wear that goes along with it cause i have non lol

Turning in a quest with the exact amount of required items then quickly log out then back in; resulting in the items being -1 to the original amount of items turned in.
