    should have made an account last year/early this year. In 2012 the Korean government outlawed online websites from allowing users to use KSSNs to register. You now have to use an i-PIN or a cell phone and if you don't live in Korea then you're royally fucked. i-PIN is attached to the KSSN but you have to verify ownership by credit card/cell phone/etc.
