Guys why do the Temporal Insanity "Skill of Thief of Hours" not working i try it on every monster and on duel. i even try other servers but its not working too BTW im rank 9 ToH

Have you tried reporting to AE?

try to get it to rank 10 or rank 6 and try if it's still not working.

I've seen many players complaining about the same problem you have with TOH. I think Temporal Insanity is "Temporary Bugged"
I suggest to report it on AE via Twitter or on their facebook account.

Skill is bugged, as others suggested you, report it to AE.
