    Hey there, need a new graphic card...could use some suggestions.

    Hello everyone

    I´m currently looking for a new graphics card, as I got everything upgraded but my gc.
    My current specs are :
    -ASRock 990FX Extreme3 Mainboard
    -16GB DDR3 1866Mhz RAM, Corsair Vengeance Pro Series
    -FX 8350 Octa-Core AMD Bulldozer Prozessor
    -Samsung SSD 120GB 840Evo
    -1.5TB Seagate HDD

    ->>>> GTX 560Ti Oc Edition

    Now the last part, my gc, sucks dick in the other setup.
    I wanna upgrade is ASAP, i was thinking about the GTX980 but really dont mind any sugestions from other, and smarter people then me.
    The 980 is about 360€, so that is pretty much my maximum budget...if there is anything that is wrong with this Setup, or there is anything I should change, please let me know so I have a even better performance.

    Thanks in advance to take your time and help someone out!

    Have a nice day
    -NiBrA88

    What's your resolution? If it's 1080p or below, there isn't even a reason to purchase a 980. I would recommend a gigabyte 970 at those resolutions.

    2xGTX 970's (EVGA FTW) in my opinion
    Slightly more $ than a single 980 but a little math and you should be able to see the advantages.
    Currently running a single FTW 970 and I really don't NEED more, But my initial plan was kinda $ limited. After a couple days research came up w/SLI'ing the 970 over a single 980.

    It's not that big of a difference between the different manufacturers of a certain card, it's the architecture and the GPU core that matters the most.
    I'd tell you to pick the cheapest GTX 970 you can find, it'll do the job easily.

    Cheapest =/= best.

    There's a reason it's the cheapest.

    Lol, my mustang has the same engine as my grandpas pickup truck. His truck was lots cheaper, doesn't mean they're the same though.
