I scammed a scammer yes, I don't really give a rats ass about them or your opinion. I also returned the account when I was told what i did was wrong. Dave's never given a damn about scamming a scammer so I didn't think anything of it. If I really wanted to scam I would have done it a long time ago.

Scammer or no scammer. He knew he was wrong. Or it would have been a misunderstanding.
If you bring in the fact that you say he was greedy for the stuff, sure. Greed is a part of human nature. You cannot change that.
You will always have good and bad anyways. Just as greedy someone can get, it also has to do with temptation.
As long as in the end, they make the right decision, who cares what had happened in the past.
If you keep looking backwards, then you will not be able to go forward.
