I thought he helped in the creation of "Staff Administrators", and thought therefore was a previous staff admin himself.

You shouldn't be treated any different.. IP ban is in order.. Doesn't matter that "you gave the account back" what matters is a OMM still scammed a member of the community, he might also be a scammer, but does 2 wrongs make a right?

His resignation had nothing to do with the scam situation and no, he does not deserve a IP Ban as scammers are not members of mpgh.

Just because you are his friend and are sticking up for him, you are being biased.. if a random member did this "scammed a scammer" I'm pretty sure you will be saying Ip ban the kid or something relating to that, you wouldn't be sticking up for him, so what makes this situation any different?

gotta look at it from both sides, not just your friends.
