You do not unlock the suites you unlock the challenges that give you those suites, I have made a hack that does this but it is not on this site, I believe the value you add to the challenge address is 4 as a byte, the address is found after the 6th loadout of your character. If I remember correctly it is the last address in the range for patches, uniforms etc.
