You could download the audio drivers through google, some of them are Realtek HD Audio and IDT High definition Audio. Check if windows update has any of the audio drivers available for you. Who is the manufacturer of your PC?

Check to see of there are any audio drivers installed, then uninstall them, resart PC, download new drivers through google. Just use Realtek HD Audio driver.

Usually if you go to a companies website they will have driver support for you computer. They would have a list that you could download missing drivers that you would need. Problem is I checked AzzA's site and there is nothing on driver support.

When you are in Device Manager, does it say you have drivers installed but there is a yellow triangle over it?

Like the one in the picture above?

Click on Start and right-click on Computer and click Manage.
Then, click on Device Manager on the left side of the window.
Now find Sound, video and game controllers and expand it. There will probably be an exclamation mark on one of the devices.

If there are more, repeat the following for all of them:
Now right-click on the device with the exclamation mark and click Properties.
Click on the Details tab and change the drop-down item under Property to Hardware Ids.
Right-click on the space under Value, click Select All and right-click on the selected line(s) and click Copy.
Then paste the details in your next reply.
