Get better GPU and/CPU or don't use this hack.
(Every user of this hack has same problem).

Dunno but i have the same problem.My lappy machine is capable to run Ghosts on Ultra Settings (Sager Clevo, 2X Gtx 780m SLI, i7,etc...) But in some maps i have massive fps drops with this hack, but anyway OP thanks for the share.Master's hacks works fine for me
