It took me a while to actually read and understand your post, but post on the Scammer Grave on this website if you hope to have someone banned. Also, the denis -> HeyHeytm thing is just a thing on skype. It's not mandatory to list exactly which country you live in on this website or on skype. You can't exactly ban someone just because they "supposedly" tried to scam you. If you don't think that it is safe doing any sort of transaction with this guy, just ignore him. Also, you need to provide proof that he actually scammed/tried to scam you.
