[HELP NEEDED] Sound Bank Cannot Load mpl_patch.all

Hey guys, I recently have installed Black Ops 2 Skidrow, and applied the patches necessary to play Single Player and Zombies flawlessly. The only problem I run into is the when I try to launch Multiplayer. It loads up and my screen turns black, and I assumed it would go to Multiplayer, but then it minimizes to the top left of my desktop and an error message occurs. Below are some screen shots of the problem and the designated windows that "pop up".
